About

Resilient Pathways is a social work consultancy and clinical supervision practice grounded in strengths-based, person-centred, and trauma-informed approaches. We work alongside practitioners, organisations, disabled people, and those living with trauma, mental health challenges, and long-term health conditions to support growth, reflection, wellbeing, and meaningful participation.

At the heart of Resilient Pathways is the belief that resilience is not something we develop alone. It is built through relationships, opportunities, community, and recognising the strengths that already exist within ourselves and those around us.

Our Approach to Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision at Resilient Pathways is built upon strengths-based reflective practice.

We see supervision as a journey where the supervisee is in the driver's seat, setting the direction and identifying the destinations that matter most to them. The supervisor acts as a navigator, helping explore possibilities, identify obstacles, reflect on practice, and remain focused on professional goals. From time to time, there may even be a little backseat driving when challenge, accountability, or a different perspective is needed.

Our aim is not to provide all the answers, but to create a reflective space where practitioners can develop confidence, critical thinking, professional resilience, and a deeper understanding of their practice.
